From The Chemical Industry, China's Foreign Anti-dumping Issues

As the development of free trade, our country is suffered from more and moredamage of dumping. It is urgent for us to protect our fair competition environmentand the legal right of our dominant enterprises and ensure the safety of our industry.This thesis mainly researches the anti-dumping practice in chemical industry of ourcountry. By the methods of the economics, case, chart and data analysis, the feature ofour anti-dumping practice, the reason for the case focusing on chemical industry, theharvests and problems of our anti-dumping practice and the suggestions to deal withthe problems are raised in this thesis. This is not only useful for the protections of ourchemical industry which is damaged by dumping of other countries, but also usefulfor the development of other industry.
