Traditionally, the focus is on the psychology of negative status, and not on the positive aspects of the study. However, with the development of society, the increasing demands of people, people are more inclined to studying human strengths and positive features. "Job Involvment" this research project is conformed to this trend and studied. To intensify the job of the staff involvement, to improve employee productivity ,to give full play to their potential and to improve staff quality of life and work ,have great theoretical and practical significance.This research disscussed the structure of job involvement for employee in China, using positive method of psychology. Especially, based on literature studying, we collected scale items by interview and open-questionnaires, which formed the initial scale. After giving out more than 480 questionnaires, we got a three-dimension structure of job involvement by exploratory factor analysis and we tested the structure by confirmative factor analysis. We also discussed the relationship between job involvement and sense of fairness toward organization and the role pressure .What's more, we discussed the relationship between job involvement and work performance. At last, the influence of demographics was tested on the three factors .The results show that:(1) Job involvement for employees is made up of three dimensions:job enthusiasm, active participation, job focus.(2)The sense of fair toward organization and the role pressure have an influence on job involvement. The sense of fairness toward organization has a positive predictive power, and the role of pressure has negative predictive power.(3) Job involvement in various dimensions was significant positive predictive power to work performance.(4) There are significant differences on various dimensions of job involvement among different academic levels, different company types and forms of employment.
