A Study On Restructuring And Upgrading Of Guangdong's Processing Trade

Processing Trade is a manufacturing and trading activity that one country (or district) imports materials and half-finished goods, after manufacturing and assembling, and exports half-finished or finished goods. To promote Processing Trade is making different sense to the Developing Country (or District). Since the Reforming and Opening-up, the flourishing industry of Processing Trade in Guangdong Province has been stimulating Guangdong's and China's economic increase to a great extent.But from the aspect of sustainable development, Guangdong's Processing Trade is now confronted with serious challenges. Under such circumstance, the key problem is to guide Guangdong's Processing Trade to the manufacturing and developing stages of higher-level technology and more value-added.For such purpose, this thesis is researching present situation,contribution-rate for the Guangdong's economic increase and challenges of Guangdong's Processing Trade and bringing forward some strategies to promote the restructuring and upgrading of Guangdong's Processing Trade.
