The Contrast And Analyses Of Agricultural Financial Policy-in China And Foreign Contries

The paper analyzes the development of the Chinese agriculture and the present policy on the public financial agricultural support. It points out the problem of the present Chinese financial agricultural support policy and meanwhile compares the Chinese policy with the one of some developed countries (such as USA,western Europe,Japan and North Korea etc.) and some developing countries (such as Tailand etc.) By comparing and analyzing the policy among the countries mentioned above and drawing on other's successful experience on the finanicl agricultural support and fostering the growth of farmers' incoming, the paper would make some the policy suggestions on the Chinese public financial agricultural support.
