At present, supply chain performance management that provides support for strategic decisions on the supply chain has increasingly become the critique of the supply chain, and more and more researchers and practitioners pay more attention to it. On the basis of previous research, The author continues to explores the philosophy and performance, to put forward to path of supply chain performance management; the author does the research to this question by applying balance score cards (BSC) from strategic management perspectives , amylases and confirms the matrices of supply chain performance management, as well as tires to constructs supply chain performance management system; Finally, The author puts forward to supply chain performance management system of IKEA by case analysis.
