The performance appraisal is the core content of human resource management for every enterprise.Most enterprises have gradually began to think and pay attention to establish a performance evaluation system which is suitable for the characteristics of the enterprise management.Chinese is currently in the process of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,more and more state-owned enterprises are fully aware of the important role of performance appraisal in the management work,but the vast majority of people are still in charge of state-owned enterprises set up the performance evaluation goal,the implementation of the assessment process,and the results of the application are lack of professional knowledge.Therefore,this study from how to strengthen the performance management of state-owned enterprises,with QY company as the research object to build a performance evaluation system suitable for the development of the unit.According to the theory and method of modern performance appraisal,this paper deeply analyzed the current performance appraisal system of QY company,and found the problems existing in the performance evaluation.Based on the reason analysis,we put forward some improvement measures.Specifically,this study consists of four parts.The first chapter describes research background and purpose,domestic and international literature review,related theories and the research methods.Then second chapter collected the information about current situation of QY company's performance appraisal.Through the questionnaire survey,we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the performance appraisal system,find the existing problems and further analyzes the causes of these problems.The third chapter discusses the improvement scheme of QY company's performance appraisal,in order to solve the problems,to put forward some feasible solutions.The fourth chapter puts forward the safeguard measures for the QY Corporation performance appraisal improvement plan implementation,in order to push and promote the QY company's performance appraisal work.
