The family enterprises play an important role in the development of china national conomy.First the author introduces the total character of family enterprises.And then,the author analyzes from financial perspectives the existing problems in family enterprises.At last,the author insists that the family enterprises should take measures to complete the financial management from external and inside aspects and points out the advices and countermeasures to improve the financial management in family enterprises.The author suggests the supervisors including constitutors of external policy and managers in family enterprises should consider the facts to improve the present financial management,so as to direct family enterprises to walk up to healthy and substantial way.
