With the rapid development of the cave tourism in China in the recent decades, the natural cave environment has been greatly changed. In order to recognize and protect the tourist carbonate landscape, it is urgent to search the factors influencing the environmental changes and the stability of speleothem landscape in the show caves. Under the supports of Tourism Bureau of Chizhou City, Anhui Province, the research project was successfully engaged in Da Wang Cave, Chizhou City. The research work included:(1)the influence of the natural and human factors on the cave environmental changes; (2)the hydrochemical properties of cave water and their influence factors; (3)the influential factors and their dynamic function on the speleo-landscapeSome conclusions can be drawn as follows:carbon dioxide concentration inside was slow as a whole, temperature and humidity were steady. During tour rush hour, the temperature and carbon dioxide were higher, and humidity was lower because of the visitor flow, especially in Ju Xian Shan Zhuang, in which the visitors have a break, but it can return to their natural equilibrium afterwards; the spatial distributions of the atmospheric environment(carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity) in the cave was clearly influenced by the atmospheric environment outside. The ventilation between interior air and exterior air was well, so interior air was fresh.Ca2+,Mg2+,HCO3- of cave groundwater were mainly from the dissolution of carbonate rocks. The elements of soils and rocks transferred to water via karst geochemistry process, resulting to existence of abundant elements in cave water. Ca2+ was the dominant cation in water, while the HCO3- was a dominant anion. the high concentrations of K+,Na+,SO42-,NO3-,Cl- were polluted by people. There is strong correlation between Ca2+and HCO3-, between SEC and TDS,Ca2+,HCO3-,and also between Na+ and Cl-.,SO42-. The underground river was converged by outside water of cave, tributary water and dropping water. The contribution of outside water of cave, tributary water and dropping water was approximately 62%,21%,15% respectively.
