Input and output technique is a mathematical methods in economics, which isused in a country and area as well as enterprise, also used in macro and microeconomics fields. The method is comprehensive and effective, which is one ofmodern scientific management, which plays a role in economic analysis and makingproduct program. This paper uses the basic principle of the input-output model, according to the Genterprise SAP system operation modes and variation of product consumptioncoefficient, describe in detail the method of preparation of input-output tables andbuild input-output model.utilizing the model can be a comprehensive analysis of thequantitative relationship between the various components of enterprise, determine theamount of material consumption of the internal product, Play a very important role indeveloping a reasonable price system as well as and adjustting the production plans ofenterprises. The model combines the a linear programming method to establish theinput-output optimization model, and use LINGO software to get the optimalproduction plan.the plan get the product structure which can not ensure the optimalstructure. Therefore, the paper is introduced Boston matrix model to verify theeffectiveness of the product structure. At last, he product structure proved to be theoptimal product structure. The method proved to be feasible for the whole systempromotion. The optimal product structure combining with actual product structure, thepaper put forward the measures of product structure adjustment, which providescertain reference for leadership in the adjustment of product structure optimization.
