Study On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure Development Zone

With the deepening of the global economic integration, the development zones in the policy advantage tends to weaken, the intensive urban land intensive and other effects, making the competitive pressure increased sharply, the traditional development zone has been unable to adapt to the development of the times and the needs of the community, the development zone is an urgent need to adjust and optimize the industrial structure.The adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is an important factor for economic growth and social development. It is conducive to the coordination of the three industries and their internal composition and proportion, and can accelerate the pace of industrialization and urbanization, accelerate the transformation of economic development mode, accelerate the transformation of government functions, so as to deepen the reform of economic system in China.This paper studies the industrial structure optimization of Hefei Economic Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as Hefei city), which is based on regional economics, industrial economics and development economics, combined with industrial optimization theory, industrial cluster theory, urban space structure theory and industrial policy theory to analyze the different aspects of industrial structure optimization in four aspects,adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in the development zone.First of all, combined with domestic and foreign relevant literature journals and the successful experience of the domestic and foreign relevant urban development zone, many aspects of the industrial structure optimization and upgrading to promote economic growth. Secondly, the empirical analysis of the industrial structure of Hefei City, the current situation, the Hefei city through the open area of the existing industrial structure and the impact on the development of the local economy, and thus determine the industrial structure of Hefei city by the optimization of the industrial structure.At last, according to the present situation of the industrial structure of Hefei City, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of the industrial structure in Hefei city.By combining economic environment in Hefei city of Hefei City Economic Development Zone industrial structure research, theory analysis in the paper based on the collected data, analysis of statistical data and chart analysis and statistical software and striving to use scientific analysis of the Development Zone industrial structure development situation and deficiencies, and puts forward the Development Zone Industrial Structure Optimization of some measures and countermeasures, in order to realize sustainable development of Industrial Development Zone.
