Since China's Reform and Opening, Chinese economy has continued growing fast, and comprehensive national strength has been enhanced, obviously. But, generally speaking, our country's economic development pattern is still extensive. The 17th national congress of the Chinese Communist Party reports pointed out that in order to promote the national economy to develop quickly and well, an important aspect is to speed up the transformation of the economic development pattern, and promote the optimization of industrial structure. The industry restructure is an important way to speed up the transformation of the economic development pattern and improve the economical quality. In the industrialization of various countries, the transformation of the economic development pattern is always following the optimization of industrial structure. China's industrial structure is still prominently unreasonable .It has restricted the transformation of the economic development pattern seriously. Therefore, it is very important for China to speed up the transformation of economic development pattern and promote the optimization of industrial structure.,which relates the national economy.The domestic and foreign scholars have conducted widespread and thorough research to the industrial structure question. This thesis, in the foundation of many research results, conducts the research to this question using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the empirical analysis and the canonical parse. First, analyze the mechanism how the optimization of industrial structure promotes the transformation of the economic development pattern theoretically; Next, discuss the climate which the industrial structure evolves, analyze the overall tendency of our country industrial structure from three aspects: the output value structure, the structure of the labor force and the industry internal structure; Then, carry on the appraisal to the degree of the industrial structure optimization, using the standard structure law, the similar method of correlates and the target law, compared with the standard mode and the conditions in the developed countryjudge the degree of present industrial structure from two aspects: the industrial structure and the benefits of industrial structure, find out questions existing in the process of the optimition of industrial structure; Finally, resting on the conditions of the industrial structure and the existent problems,give suggestions on how to realize the optimization of industrial structure.Through the analysis we can know, our country's industrial structure displays the optimization tendency obviously , which evolves with the industrial structure basic consistent. But compared with the developed countries, regardless of the output value structure or the structure of the labor force, Chinese present three industrial structures are only equal to the developed country industrialization accelerating period condition. Moreover, in the optimization of industrial structure process, there are also many problems. Therefore, we should aim at these questions, take corresponding measures to advance the optimization of industrial structure positively,and to promote the transformation of economic development pattern.
