A Research On The Ability Of Enterprise's Technological Innovation And Model

As the improvement of the people's consciousness toward the importance of enterprise's technological innovation,the research about influential factors of enterprise's technological innovation becomes one of the focuses in Chinese and foreign academic research more and more.This paper is based on systems analysis on enterprise technology innovation,use "enterprise technology innovation system model based upon course managing" for reference,which includes analyses of some important factors such as enterprise developing stratagem,external environment, enterprise technology innovation ability and innovation activity that affect the innovation activity being a success or not.The model is relatively ripe within nation. Proceed from enterprise technology innovation systemic angle,this paper has constructed the appraisal index system of enterprise's ability technological innovation. Such index not only absorbs the research fruits of each technological innovation investigation but also ensures that it is durative and feasible.At the same time,the author selects Central Component analysis to evaluate different enterprises.The full text is divided into six parts altogether:First part:Introduction.This part mainly introduces the article and studies background,the current situation of domestic and international research and the structure of the text;Second part: technology innovation system theory analysis of enterprise.This part introduces some concepts related to the technological innovations,classification of technological innovation model and theoretical foundation of technological innovation model.Third part:constructed the appraisal index system of enterprise's ability technological innovation.This part introduces the thinking methods of how to construct the appraisal index system;some interpretation of indicators.Forth part:The enterprises comprehensive evaluation method of technological innovation capability.This part introduces how to use Central Component analysis to analysis,the ability of enterprise's technological innovation.Fifth part:The evaluation on four Hefei enterprises about the ability of technological innovation.This part is basised on the first two parts.Author collects indispensable data and uses coalescent of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the coalescent of academic and practical study to evaluate the technology innovation ability of four Hefei enterprises.Finally,we get the conclusion of this paper.Concluding the full text,to make some practical recommendations and measures.
