The Research On Enterprise Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation Index System Based On The Excellent Performance

Relying on scientific and technological innovation to improve comprehensive national strength and core competitiveness has become a common choice of many countries on earth. The key of enhancing the national independent innovation capacity is to establish enterprises'dominant position. Evaluating enterprise technological innovation capacity accurately and scientifically has great practical significance. This paper studies the problem of enterprise technological innovation capalility evaluation index system based on the Excellent Performance, and it's expected to instructe the practice to a certain extent.Firstly, the background and the significance of this research are explained, and the frame and methods are introduced. Secondly, the paper constructs a technological innovation capability model based on the theoretical study of enterprise technological innovation capability and the excellent performance at home and abroad, which includes four sub-systems: the input capability of innovation, the process capability of innovation, the output capability of innovation and the environmental support of innovation, and an evaluation index system of technological innovation ability is put forward along with it. Lastly, an empirical study is given to determine every index's weight by taking advantage of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and some recommendations are put forward on the basis.This research not only boardens the research field of enterprise technological innovation capability, but also makes certain guidance for enhancing it.
