With the progress of technology, development of economy, and advancement of industrialization, market competition has been more and more severity. It was waked up to us that only advanced technology is not enough for subsistence and evolution of one company. The firm should not only response to market as quickly as they can, but also should be absorbed in their core-competitiveness. At the same time, they have also conscious that it's an effective way of implementing supply-chain-management, competition between companies has been competition of SCM.Ericsson was the first company who has put forward and spread the SCM. With the development of Ericsson, China has been one of Ericsson's three global supply centrums. China's supply Centrum has not only upgraded its requirement of core-competitiveness, but also successfully established a big and integrated supply-chain system which is composed of three types supplier. Along with Ericsson's pullulating and development is its consummating supply-chain system.This paper starts from the theoretical researches on the core competitiveness at home and abroad, studying on the basis of the supply chain management related theories, in the light of exploring and analyzing the multinational company-Ericsson's China personal-end services, doing further analysis about its core competitiveness and main strategies of supply chain management. At the same time, this article tries to analyze from how the Ericsson in China continues to improve the supply chain in the process of the enhancing the enterprise's core competitiveness and the optimization. And a further sum into its supply chain management features and advantages, hoping to provide a good reference for Chinese enterprises in the supply chain management practices.
