With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the enterprise's external environment has changed dramatically, on one hand the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce, and on the other hand the cooperation space between enterprises is increasing. In the times which both exists competition and cooperation, knowledge transfer has become the most important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, in the same time, the social network provides the platform and security for the knowledge transfer, and learning between enterprises is becoming a important mean in network environment. The external knowledge transfer of enterprise and its implementation in network vision has become an important topic on the research area of the current enterprise knowledge management in the network vision.Based on the above understandings, the paper has taken the network as background to do the overall studies on the external knowledge transfer of enterprise and its implementation. The article's main contents includes: Chapter one makes a summary for the research on basic theories. It introduces the concept and classification of the knowledge and knowledge transfer, the models and influencing factor of knowledge transfer, as well as the social network theory.
