As the acceleration of technology progress and economy globalization, knowledge plays an increasing important role during the development of economic society, as long as the competition of enterprises has been developed into competition of knowledge sharing. While knowledge transfer is one of the effective way that can arrive at knowledge sharing, and the learning ability of enterprise has been affirmed in many enterprises as an important means. The conception of"knowledge transfer"came from the research field of knowledge management. It refers to the process of knowledge transfer from a location, a person and an ownership to other places- namely from the source to the destination. If knowledge can be effectively delivered and transferred among enterprises, the enterprises could obtain powerful market competitiveness and rapidly enhance their innovation ability and give prominence to its competition advantages.The persistent competitive ability has become the key to survival and development of the enterprises, and the competitive advantages of enterprises increasingly depend on its learning ability. If an enterprise owns unique outstanding learning ability, it will do better than its competitors, it also can make rapid response to the market, and in a fast continual way to add it value. Most accumulation and transmission of learning ability depends on knowledge transfer, which can be represented in the forms of knowledge storing and transmitting , knowledge creating and conversing, knowledge evaluating and communicating, and knowledge sharing and distributing. The activities of knowledge transfer exist in the whole process. Therefore, knowledge transfer plays an important role in the process of cultivating and enhancement of enterprise learning ability.It shows that whether the enterprise grasp the unique learning ability or not is the essential way for the enterprise to obtain and maintain its competition advantages. Through the deep discussion on the cultivation of enterprise learning ability from the knowledge view, transfer not only can enrich and complete the connotation of existed enterprise learning ability, but also has significant realistic meanings for the further effective enhancement of enterprise competitiveness.Both overseas and domestic scholars have made a lot of researches on enterprise learning ability and knowledge transfer that obtained fruitful outcomes. However, through sum up the domestic and international research on enterprise learning ability and knowledge transfer, the author finds that, at present researches who study the enterprise learning ability mostly centralized in theory and who study the knowledge transfer mostly centralized in approach, model and process. However, when searching for both enterprise knowledge and learning ability, the relevant papers which study both of them are few. Accordingly, this paper makes comprehensive analysis aiming at established research outcomes of knowledge transfer and enterprise learning ability, and analyzes content system of enterprise learning ability. On the basis of knowledge transfer in combination with qualitative and quantitative methods, then build the cultivation model. This paper also discusses the cultivation strategy for the enhancement of cultivation model of learning ability of enterprise on the basis of knowledge transfer. The enterprise learning ability mentioned in this paper mainly aims at discussion on enterprise internal learning ability.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction section. This chapter mainly points out the background of the subjects, theoretic and realistic meanings of research. Based on the summary of status quo of research, then present the research contents and innovations of this paper.Chapter 2 is the summary of relevant theories. This chapter mainly analyzes and sums up knowledge transfer theory based on conceptions"knowledge"and"knowledge transfer", and summarizes some factors like connotation, characteristics and influencing by using the enterprise learning ability theory, and makes discussion from the view of correlation between knowledge transfer and learning ability of enterprise in combination with the domestic and overseas researches.Chapter 3 is mainly the content system of cultivation of enterprise learning ability on the basis of knowledge transfer. Firstly, this chapter does analysis on the knowledge transfer from following aspects: first, analysis the main body and process of knowledge transfer; secondly analysis the structure and layer system of enterprise learning ability, and depart system design of learning ability of enterprise into two aspects: knowledge transfer and enterprise learning ability.Chapter 4 mainly raises problems on cultivation model of enterprise learning ability based on the knowledge transfer, and this is the main part of this paper. According to the outcome of the research, the cultivation model of enterprise learning ability based on the knowledge can be built from 4 aspects, including process of knowledge transfer, factors of knowledge transfer, structure of enterprise learning ability and factors influenced the enterprise learning ability. This chapter is also the substance of this paper.Chapter 5 analyzes the factors which influenced enterprise learning ability, and accordingly brings up the cultivation strategy of enterprise learning ability based on the knowledge transfer. This chapter carries out the research on cultivation strategy from aspects of corporate culture, organization structure, learning mechanism, information technology, etc.Chapter 6 discusses the main outcomes and conclusions of this paper and points out the deficiency and development trend of enterprise learning ability.This paper points out that the research can play a certain role in revealing correlation between knowledge transfer and enterprise learning ability. It has important theoretic and realistic meanings for the enterprise development and at last will boost deeper research cultivation of enterprise learning ability based on knowledge transfer.
