The Research Of The Tactics' Dynamic Adjustment Mechanism Of The Farm Products Trade Between China And America

The primary products trade between China and America has held a important status in the commerce between the two countries and the international trade, and it has great potential to develop,it's scale extended year by year ,it's trade structure optimized constantly. From the year 2001 to 2006,the total amount of the trade had made a yearly increasing of 58%,and reached 118.9 hundred million dollars in 2006.So it is very important to Chinese economic development that we know the ways to adjust tactics in the primary products trade between China and America to get the top behalf. Because of the particularity of the trade,the adjustment of tactics is a complicated process influenced by many factors,that is the researchful keystone of this paper.This paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of the adjustment of tactics from two visual angles:the game between China and America and the effect on China. First,this paper discusses the material adjustment of tactics in the trade between China and U.S.,and analyses the direction of the two countries' adjustment by the game model,then sums up the rationality and irrationality of the tactics' adjustment between the two countries,the conclusion is: 1.China should get the dynamic comparative advantage by protect the inferior farm produce and improve the quality of the farm produce exported to U.S.;2.The tactics' adjustment of China should think much of the fully exertion of our farm produce's actual comparative advantage. Secondly,this paper has researched the influence of correlative adjustment of tactics in Chinese point of view,the analysis consists of two aspects:one is the competitive ability of Chinese farm produce,and the other is the trade friction between China and America. Based on the data of year 2005 and the former ten years,we analyzed the effect of reducing price and improving quality to the competitive ability by the simple linearity regression model,we also researched the principle and mode of the adjustment based on it's influence to competitive ability and trade friction is conformably or contradictorily.From this paper we can see,the adjustment of tactics in the trade between China and America is a long and dynamic process, it is influenced by many complicated factors. In this process, we need to establish a adjustive mechanism which can maximize our behalf. There's two aspects:First,we must weigh the behalf of the trade and the friction of the trade when we exert our actual comparative advantage,and we should hold a "degree" to avoid the trap of comparative advantage. Secondly,when we bring up the dynamic comparative advantage,we should not only see the coherence between enhancing the quality of farm produce and reducing the friction of the trade,but also see the conflict between enhancing the protection of the trade and reducing the friction of the trade. So we should establish a logical adjustive mechanism according farm produce's category,intensity and direction of the adjustment,which can instruct the tactics'adjustment of China based on the actuality and tendency of the primary products trade between China and America.
