Along with reconstructing and updating of Chinese power net & telecom establishment in full of town and countryside, it has come forth-great deals of requirement both of wire & cable products, its competitive has tended to become more drastic. The enterprises have to be faced with the competitive of losing central employees who have mastered some professional knowledge and technique except the competitive of products, capital, and technology. These central employees are the most invaluable resource in any enterprise, if we lose them, we will lose our development. So how to prevent losing them or protect them into our enterprises, it has become one of the most important & difficult problems that we should solve in the face of it.This dissertation will handle both of demonstration research & criterion research as well as modernistic management theory, focuses on the study of losing of central employees in D Company. Firstly, this dissertation starts with losing actuality and characteristic in D Company, entirely analyses the real reasons that caused losing central employees in D Company, they are personal reason, enterprise'reason, and non-working reason. Secondly, this dissertation analyses how much obvious loss and dormant loss when we lose our central employees in D Company; and deeply analyses and researches the enterprise'management from point of Human Resource Management (HRM) Theory. Then puts forwards some countermeasures how we can keep our central employees in D Company, they mean how to set up HRM system with the base of human, set up psychological contract between D Company and employees, set up reasonable and effective prompting system. Lastly, this dissertation brings forwards maneuverability implement proposals according to some strategies which are as the base of well system of developing central employees and perfectly design full stipend & reward prompting system as well as actualize risk management of central employees.The creative points of this dissertation are that it firstly handle modernistic management theory to research and solve D'difficult problems, release D Company from losing central employees problem. The researching results has provided a direction in D'management theory and kept D'central employees into practice of operation, it will has been great bread-and-butter value for D'sustainable developing strategy.Whereas other wire & cable enterprises as well as other industries, same as D'Company, there have existed many losing situation of central employees, thus, this dissertation will take on use of reference and popularize operation value for every enterprise.
