With China's economic development in the past decade,China's cosmetic sales growth was significantly higher than the growth rate of the national economy.Cosmetics industry is a relatively small investment in the country,compared with the burden of light industry, while at the same time the country is the creation of high taxes,and create substantial employment opportunities.Is a cosmetics industry is also a kind of culture.Cosmetics is the crystallization of a variety of disciplines,with the fine chemical,biological science, materials science,the rapid development of cells in the skin of medical science in depth,as well as the human genome project's start-up,so that the cosmetics toward more in-depth and breadth of direction.The cosmetics industry market has a huge space,which attracted a large number of foreign cosmetics brands have landed China.For lack of funds and experience of local enterprises,faced with a very serious threat to competition in the market.In this paper,in-depth analysis of China's cosmetics industry competition,to a wide range of marketing management theory and strategic management theory and the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises by combining the help of Xi'an LYT cosmetics company's research on China's small and medium-sized enterprises and external cosmetics Environment and focus on marketing analysis,and accordingly put forward several suggestions for future development.
