Many schemes will be generated in the scheme design of mechanical products, choose the best one from them and continue the next step design, it can make the corporation keep victory in drastically market competition. In this paper thoroughly research the scheme evaluation just for choosing the best scheme.After researching the scheme's characteristic of the mechanical products'design scheme and compare many scheme evaluation method, considering fuzzy evaluation will easy to make the fuzzy information to numerical value, but AHP has its own advantage to establish evaluation guide line system and ensure each guide line's importance, named it Fuzzy AHP. Establish ration and property guide line system, adopt Fuzzy AHP in mechanical products scheme evaluation. The system include five attribute guide line, machine function attribute, work capability attribute, drive capability attribute, economy attribute and machine compact attribute.This paper develops a scheme evaluation system by using Visual C++ and embed it to the mechanical products conceptual design prototype system, can expediently transfer evaluate system in the prototype system. Evaluation system has terseness, be prone to use and amity interface, use this system can improve evaluation's impersonality and authenticity, reduce the evaluation person's work intension, make the person and computer exert their own advantage, have good man-machine interaction.Finally, choose two mechanical products, use evaluation system give synthesis score and scheme grade respectively. Put up analysis for one product and give feedback information of every guide line, help scheme design person develop the second design. From the analysis, we can know the evaluation method is effective and feasible.
