Research On Effect Of Talent Symbiosis In Industrial Clusters

Industrial cluster is playing an important role in motivating local economic development thus is being paid much attention. The development of industrial cluster is accompanied with the agglomeration of human talent. Research result shows that human talent demonstrate better growth in agglomeration status. Moreover, industrial clusters in China are now facing challenge of lacking human talent. In this case, it makes great sense to study the effect that talent agglomeration has to the growth of human talent.Firstly, this dissertation carries on an empirical study to three important industrial clusters including domestic appliance, furniture and chinaware, based on which four factors of effect of talent symbiosis including knowledge overflow effect, information sharing effect, cooperation effect and motivation effect are concluded. Additionally, this dissertation takes a deep look into the connotations and the characteristics of each effect.Secondly, this dissertation uses the symbiosis theory to discuss the factors that influences the level of effect of talent symbiosis and proposes research hypothesis. Then all the hypothesis are testified with empirical study results.Finally, this dissertation points out the qualifications of talent symbiosis system in industrial clusters and establishes a system model of talent symbiosis in industrial clusters. Then several suggestions and proposals are popped up according to the model.
