With the continuous development of technology and economy, Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is gradually becoming the principal part of technological innovation in our country, its innovation performance largely determines the innovation performance of China’s, and can reflect China’s industrial and even China’s economic growth mode and characteristics. It plays an important role in the process of the economic development in our country, scientific talent, as the main body of enterprise technology innovation, the aggregation effect caused by its accumulation plays a certain role in promoting knowledge innovation and technology innovation, and further can improve enterprise innovation performance; The promotion of enterprise’s innovation performance can not only provide strong guarantee to attract more scientific talent to the enterprise, but also create a good innovation environment and atmosphere for the scientific talent give full paly to aggregation effect. And it further promote the production of scientific talent accumulation effect. There is a strong correlation between scientific talent accumulation effect and enterprise innovation performance.Therefore, study the relationship between the enterprise innovation performance and scientific talent accumulation effect plays an important role to the development of industrial enterprises in China.This article first put forward the corresponding assumption and conceptual model based on the the theoretical relationship between the scientific talent accumulation effect and enterprise innovation performance; Secondly, choose the panel VAR and entropy method as the research method of this paper, on this basis, this article analyzes the research variables, builds the index system of them and takes the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises as an sample to measure the variable,the reaserch results found that the scientific talent accumulation effect and enterprise innovation performance present a rising trend in our country; Thirdly, combined with the use of panel unit root test, the cointegration test, granger causality test, VAR regression, impulse analysis and variance decomposition of processed data, this article studies the relationship between the scientific talent accumulation effect and enterprise innovation performance, the empirical research found that there are both long-term equilibrium relationship and short-term interactions between the scientific talent accumulation effect and enterprise innovation performance. And the influence of the scientific talent accumulation effect to enterprise innovation performance is larger than enterprise innovation performance to the scientific talent accumulation effect. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the result of the study, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion from increasing the strength of talent introduction,improving enterprise innovation environment and improving enterprise innovation ability three aspects.in order to form benign sustainable role to provide a certain basis.innovation platform in building area in view of the industrial enterprise how to improve the enterprise innovation performance, in order to provide the reference for the development of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and even all enterprises in China.
