With the continual development of china' economics , environment in face of enterprises becomes more and more uncertain. In order to develop in market, the enterprises must keep adjusting their stratagem and their expectation on the employee, at the same time, the employee also adjust their expectation on the enterprises' responsibilities frequently. Contract is the foundation maintaining organization, and at its initial levels contract is the unique coordination of believes held by individuals and organization, which is called psychological contract. More and more it become an focus of researchers. Based on the study to the contents of the formation theory, intentions and meanings, the formation processes, and characteristics and structures of the Psychological Contract, the theories frame is initially formed for this thesis, to aim at a research combined with the Chinese practices, to study the characteristics and applications of the Psychological Contract, in the hope of providing some references for the theories researchers and practitioners of enterprises.This paper traced the results of research on psychological contract. Then one model on how organizational affects the employee's psychological contract is proposed To establish organizational is to place a premium on the beneficial in the need of organization , but the organization can't lead to the employee's special behavior directly, it plays an important role by role by affecting the employee's psychological contract to get the needed behavior.The writer carries on an analysis to the related contents of the Psychological Contract by real cases, carries on the summary to the past research of previous people, and put forward personal views to the study of the Psychological Contract in our country,point founded on the Psychological Contract。When the tasks and measures involved in the construction and implementing the Psychological Contract are found in the state-owned enterprises, the benefits and interests of the employees and the enterprises will be improved, and thus a unified symbiosis and an identical value-tropism-that's the employees will be diligently making contributions to the enterprise, By multi-linear regressions,the results show that psychological contract breach has a negative effect on employees'job satisfaction,job performance,OCB behavior effect on employees'intention to leave and the latter will be providing a wider room for the employees' development, consequently, the enterprise will obtain much more powerful competing force...
