A Research On Post-Evaluation Of Investment Project In Zhongshan Telecom

China Telecom set the strategic objectives of precision management and corporate restructuring, because the competition.and capital market pressure has been increased since she was listed on the stock exchange in 2002 and China Mobile separated from her in 1999. The strategic objectives put a higher demand on Zhongshan Telecom. The research goal is to seek an appropriate means under the new situation in China Telecom, to consummate the investment management system, enhance the investment benefit and enterprise's competitive power.This article has analyzed the investment management present situation and the existence question, designed the post-evaluation system and chosen the economic evaluation indicator, discussed the post-evaluation method of macroscopic investment condition, significant project and unit project. The author has analyzed the two key components in order to promote the development and ensure the smooth working of post-evaluation basing on years of working experience. One is that a sound organization must be carried out, the other is that the result of Post-Evaluation ought to be examined with annual performance review. The paper take case analysis with a view of the reality working: make a study on the post-evaluation of macro-investment by taking the plan rolling as an example; Make a research of post-evaluation on ADSL investment; In order to finding an effective post-evaluation method of small cable projects which appearing most frequently in Zhongshan telecom, the author design the "Cable Project Investment Post-Evaluation Ssystem" after studying thoroughly on the cable project investment situation.With the development of China Telecom precision management and corporate restructuring, how to improve investment decision-making and management level by combining the Post-evaluation theories and methods, how to apply them to investment management have become an important thing which need the managers to think deeply. The research has certain reference value for improving the decision-making and management-level on future telecom investment project.
