Research On Business Process Improvement In Bureau Of Audit Of Municipality

With the stiring of"audit storm"these years, the mass pay more attention to the audit municipalities and the audit reports they issue every year. But nowadays, there are still many involved problems haven't been handled in management of these audit municipalities, especially in some local ones. Inadequate audit management hinders continuous improvement and quality.According to the characteristic of the national audit of our country, there are many differences between the system of the national audit of our country and those of western countries', such as the administrative functions, the organic modes and the executive ways. It is difficult for us to compare the different systems of national audit, but the core concept and main target of them are the same—to keep the health of national finance and improve the efficiency of the national audit. And some modern management theories can be put into the management of national audit to solve the management problems we may meet .The author believe we can find many efficient ways to manage with these problems, while business process management would be one of them, with the management experience.In the thesis, the author applies some modern management theories about business process improvement to the bureau of audit that she works for, and try to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
