Along with the deepening of economic restructuring,development of the market economy and related laws and regulations promulgated and standardizing and improvement of the construction industry,it is more competitive between the enterprises.As the product of construction enterprises - buildings,its quality reflects the competitiveness of enterprises.In accordance with ISO9001 quality standards,establishing internal quality management system and implementing ISO9001 quality system certification is of great realistic significance and positive role in promoting for improving the quality of construction and enhancing core competitiveness.In this paper,in accordance with the ISO9001 quality certification standards,combined with our quality management practice,the subject is discussed.A feasible scheme of quality management system is presented.It provides theory support for the enhancing of our company's quality management level.First,the development of the company and industry trends is synoptically analyzed in this article.Then requirement analysis of quality management system is described.How to establish ISO9001 quality management system based on its own characteristics is mainly studied and planning,establishment and the implementation of quality management system is discussed in detail.In the course of discussion,basic process of establishing quality management system is first introduced,and then the basic process is respectively discussed. Finally,using our company as an example,specific application of quality management system is further discussed.The study objective of this subject is to discuss how to establish and implement quality management system for construction enterprises,which provides theory guidance for development of enterprises and improvement of the product quality.
