As a result that the Socialistic market economy is improving and the reformation developing, the environment, system and mechanism of the nation-owned crops enterprises are facing a great uncertainty. Meanwhile, there is more competition in the crop market of our country which caused a more complicated environment, that is, uncertainty of the market, transformation of the organization, and the mobility of people, ect. It forces all the enterprises to consider rationally how to get and keep their own competitiveness and thus confirm their success. More and more enterprises are on to the human resources management which makes their core competitiveness. In order to consider the employees as developable resources instead of as regulating objectives, a proper management tool is needed to help, and the best one is Performance Management.Based on the study of the present performance management system of the HSBC, and referring to the performance management system of the excellent enterprises home and abroad, this article recomposes systematically the performance management system of the HSBC by combining the theories and facts, using both qualitative and quantitative, reality analysis and logical consequence study methods. This plan put most effort to solve the difficult and important problem in the performance management of HSBC, that is, guideline design, performance assessment and performance application. There are totally five chapters in this article, in which the first chapter describes the researching background, and the significance of this article's topic; the second chapter summarized some basic theories of the performance management; the third chapter diagnoses the problems existing in the performance management system of HSBC, analyzing and seeking the root where the problems; the fourth chapter focuses on the circulating process of the performance management system of HSBC and the existed problems, recomposes the company's performance management system in which the performance application are emphasized in order to improve the competitiveness of the company; the fifth chapter is conclusion, which gives advices to the continuously improvement of the HSBC performance management system, and mentions the problems needed attention.The recompose performance management plan of HSBC emphasizes on the communication, performance analysis and the application of performance. It focuses on solving the problems in the performance management such as vague knowledge and improper inspirit, so that the performance management can play a crucial role in the enterprise management.
