Research On The Developing Problems Of The Nitrogenous Fertilizer Industry

In the past several years, China's economy has been developing rapidly, steadily and healthily. As a branch of chemical industry, nitrogenous fertilizer industry has also got a rapid development. This industry has a closer relation with the national economy and the peoples' livelihood. China nitrogenous fertilizer industry has been on the national policy attention from its inception, with the characteristics of its people's livelihood, on the other hand, it is the result of a class of high energy-consuming industries. However, there are several problems that can not be ignored in nitrogenous fertilizer industry, such as the concentration of low-nitrogen fertilizer industry, regional development imbalances, excessive capacity, safety and so on. At present, China's nitrogenous fertilizer industry is just in a period of adjustment, the correct response to the industry problems at this stage is crucial for the realization of the strategic adjustment.Based on China's nitrogenous fertilizer industry analysis , we raise several problems at different levels, and then we make a systematic analysis. we find our result, that is the most urgent problem that should be hanled is the lack of competitiveness in the enterprises. Finally, in accordance with the above analysis as well as the competitiveness guiding theory, we developed the strategy ideas for the nitrogenous fertilizer industry which should be the corresponding countermeasures. This article holds that the reasons that led to the cause of the problem in the nitrogen fertilizer industry have two important issues. The first is the historical problem, the impact of national policy has exsited from the born of the China's nitrogenous fertilizer industry, some of this has been exposed nowadays. The other one is the problem the enterprises themselves. China's enterpeise in the nitrogenous fertilizer industry are so small in size and some huge in number, so it is so hard to bring about the size advantage. A number of problems nowadays in the nitrogenous fertilizer industry have close association with them. This article has always been to ensure that theory and practice are of unity with each other, even in the process of the raisement of countermeasures. This article concluded, the development of China's nitrogenous fertilizer industry is closely related with the support of government policies. At the same time, it is the result of the pursuit of their own. From the current development trend, the number of manufacturers of nitrogen fertilizer business has become less and less, especially the small nitrogen. National Development and Reform Commission also stressed that at the end of the "11th Five-Year Plan" of National Planning, the number of nitrogen fertilizer business would decrease from the current 548 down to 300 below, with a decrease of nearly 45%. All this shows that the reduction in the number of enterprises and reasonable industrial layout adjustment, increasement of the concentration of nitrogen fertilizer industry will be the trend of the times. And. the guarantee policy and other related measures should also be offered.
