Study On Quality Management Of Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant Project In Vietnam

In recent years,in the wake of China's policy change and increasingly intense competition,China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation set about to develop overseas market to compete with international enterprises.International projects features in higher technology,larger investment,higher risk and more complicated environment,besides,chemical projects features in other aspects like many specialties,complicated process flow and long construction period,therefore,project managing plays more and more important roles in chemical projects.Ha Bac Nitrogenous fertilizer plant project was obtained by Wuhuan Engineering Co.Ltd.through international bidding,it features in long construction cycle and more introduced technology.Although it adopts the world's advanced proprietary technology and the popular EPC management mode,it ran into problems and difficulties in society and environment,technology,cost,quality and schedule,especially in quality.This article takes Ha Bac Nitrogenous fertilizer plant project for example,introduces the project's background and management,analyses the characteristics and risk,and illustrates the problems and difficulties it went through during the process.This article emphasizes on the quality management of this project,elaborates the quality planning,quality control and other restraining factors,including the compiling of quality planning and the quality control methods in each stage.Furthermore,combine the experience in this project,the author analyses the project's quality problems deeply during engineering,manufacture and construction,and brings out some improvement suggestions and solutions to quality management.What's more,the author also put forward the idea that we should integrate the quality management of engineering,manufacture and construction,emphasize on project overall management,and take an overall view on project management.By means of the application of new methods in this project,the author demonstrates the feasibility and advancement of these management tools,and proposes some consideration on the developing trend of project management and scientific management.In the context of globalization,facing the increasingly intense international competition,only by upgrade the project management level and ability of technological innovation,can we enhance the international competitiveness of China's chemical enterprises,and exploit new international markets.So,through the study of quality management of Ha Bac Nitrogenous fertilizer plant project,the author try to provide some references on the implementation and quality management of similar projects.
