Risk management is one of the important issues in the modern enterprise production management and development. With the rapid development of domestic economy, science and technology advancing, the world trend of economic globalization is increasing day by day. Enterprises are facing a more complex operating environment, a more fierce market competition, CNHTC(short for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co.,Ltd) puts internationalization strategy into practice energetically ,So enterprise risk management is becoming increasingly important. Western developed countries have looked on the enterprise risk management , strategic management and operation management as one of the three core functions of management, making up the modern economic organizations. This has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises.The paper, applying COSO enterprise risk management framework and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the USA, and closely connecting with the current situation of CNHTC's risk management, systematically analyzes the existing problems with risk management in CNHTC. On the basis of this, the paper constructs the risk management model, risk early warning model and risk assessment process in CNHTC , assesses the risk management of CNHTC, focusing on the analysis of the stock inventory process and fixed assets process and make suggestions for improvement. Meanwhile, the paper conducts an assessment of the information system—the core factor of early warning system, and raises the specific measures for improvement. Finally, the strategies for enhancing the risk management in CNHTC are brought forward.The paper mainly uses the following research methods. First, theoretical study. The paper performs a comprehensive research and analysis about the COSO framework, the Sarbanes—Oxley Act, the central enterprises all-round risk management guideless and risk assessment theory. Second, the forum conversation. Through discussion with the managers of CNHTC, know about the current situation of the enterprise risk management so as to discover the problems and find out the solutions. Third, the survey method. Make an assessment about the current situation of the enterprise risk management by designing a questionnaire. Fourth, construct the specific risk assessment model. Construct the enterprise risk assessment model, and make an analysis and improvement for enterprise risk.The main innovations are as follows.
