Enterprise Human Resources Management, as an essential component of enterprises' strategic plans, provides a strong support and guarantee for the survival, growth, development and innovation of enterprises. However, in the context of world economic integration and the ongoing changes of environments within and out of enterprises, enterprise human resources management may be subjected to various risks at any time. What's worse, it may suffer a devastating blow. Therefore, the timely monitoring of the enterprise human resources management situation, early and accurate identification of risks, timely warning analysis and taking effective measures is imperative for every human resources management worker.First, this paper analyzes and differentiates human resources management risks and the relevant concepts, and classifies the risks according to different methods. By analyzing the representations and causes of human resources management risks, this paper further clarifies their nature, providing a foundation for identifying, evaluating and preventing risks.Second, on the basis of adequate research on the status quo of human resources management, this paper analyzes the risks which may occur in recruitment, training, performance appraisal and compensation management during the process of human resources management as well as their distribution. Also, specific identifications and appraisals are made according to different links. Therefore, the general thinking for the prevention of human resources management is put forward, i.e. only by specifying the purpose of prevention and doing a good job of risks identification and appraisal can we suggest more specific measures to prevent risks.Third, a risk-warning mode for human resources management can be built by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and quantitative and qualitative analytical method, and risks appraisal and warning can be made based on the mode. Accordingly, effective measures can be taken to prevent the risks reflected in the mode.Finally, this paper presents control strategies and preventive measures of human resources management risks, including common risks aversion strategies, basic strategies, risks prevention measures in various links of human resources management, as well as a series of remedial and constraint measures to minimize the losses after the occurrence of human resources management risks, so as to have a comprehensive understanding and an in-depth research on human resources management risks, to better facilitate human resources management, and to enable human resources management to play a bigger role in enterprises.
