Informationization has been recognized and implemented by lots of companies, especially with the help of the Internet technology. Based on B/S implementation, Enterprise Group (EG) can manage now the enterprise which is geographically far away from with more measures. That means the geographic factor is have no more influence on the EG management. Consequently, EG expands his operation process coordination's scope. That's why it's necessary to pay more attention to the influence of informationization on EG's coordination. The research identifies the EG's coordination key points; achieves the implementations, and obtains the coordination effect.The goal of EG is to have the coordination effect which can be formulated by"2+2>5" ,and which is the management academics' frequent topics. The latter concentrates more on EG's diversified development, especially on how to achieve the merger and acquisition and management based on coordination. But fewer researches has been done on EG's management and control coordination. However, it's important for a EG to achieve"2+2>5" during the daily operation. The management and control coordination is the key to increase the core competitiveness and continuous development for EGs.Therefore, this article concentrates on the impact of EG's coordination which is based on informationization. Firstly, the coordination opportunities are identified-analysis on EG's management and control content according to resources theory. The contents of EG's management and control are: H&R, supply chain, production, marketing, and finance. Related analysis is performed from three aspects: tangible resource, intangible resource and capacity coordination. These coordination points are identified according to the detailed operation process. And these points are both longitudinal coordination between parent company and the company, and oriental coordination between companies and inside the company. This article analyses only the H&R, supply chain, marketing, and finance coordination points, the production coordination is not included here.The EG's construction of coordination just accomplished the first step after the identification of the coordination opportunities and coordination points. The second step should be to perform the informationization construction and management revolution based on coordination theory. According to the management and control mode o f EG, the manager should plan the suitable coordination scope, and schedules the operation process, and standarnalizes them into the system, and constructs the system, and generalize the coordination process, finally improve continuously the coordination scope and Informationization. Simultaneously, the concerning Informationization construction brings necessarily the management changes which includes the operation changes, organization changes and management thought changes.In conclusion, Informationization expands the coordination's measure, enlarges the EG's coordination scope. After the identification of coordination points of EG's management and control, and the implementation and standardization of these steps, and the necessary changes of management, the EG's coordination goal will be accomplished, which means in Chinese "gathering and solidification", and finally achieve the EG's sustainable development...
