Researches On The Supply Chain Management Under Electronic Business Environment Of Chinese Enterprises

With the development of Internet and Information Technology, there have developed a whole new business mode: E-business. It changes the development of the social business activities today, and strongly impacts traditional economic mode, it has brought the deep change to regulation means, management theory, consumption, etc. In recent years, supply chain management (SCM for short) is a new management mode which is paid attention to whatever domestic and abroad. It plays an important role in many aspects. Under E-business's infection, the SCM is not limited by traditional managing mode and operation thought. It has combined the producers, supplies, customers and other relative principal parts together. The supply chain is not just a chain that made up of several relative enterprises, but has become a network which involved many different partners and clients. Now, the study of SCM under e-business environment has been a hotspot in theoretical and applied research.Under such situation, this article carried on the discussion about the tendency which unified on the E-business and the SCM and conducted the research of our country enterprise's question and the solution measure in implementing the SCM under E-business environment.At first, this article described the elementary theory about E-business and SCM, analyzed the relationships, the features, the structures, the functions, the manage pattern of the SCM under E-business environment, then, summarized the optimization and the influence which E-business development bring to SCM on this basis. This article proposed that highly effective SCM is no longer to be unattainable today, our country enterprise should use this opportunity and challenge to build the solid foundation for enterprise's leaping development.Secondly, based on comparison to traditional and E- business environment SCM pattern, this article analyzed application status of our country's SCM under E-business environment: management idea is backward, implementation degree is low, manage benefit is bad. Then, this article analyzed several aspects which our country SCM need to reform under promotion of E-business: information technology, SCM efficiency, supply chain interior conformity, cooperation sharing mechanism establishment, sustainable develop. Through analyzing on five aspects, this article summarized the question which our country enterprise had to solve urgently in the implementation of SCM.Finally, aiming at the problems existing in our country enterprise's SCM implement, this article proposed five measures to effective SCM implement: establishes advanced information system, enhances supply chain efficiency, conforms enterprise interior supply chain, establishes supply chain strategy alliance relationship, Implements green SCM. Through analyzing on five measures, this article pointed out a reformation road for our country enterprise improving SCM status.
