With the fast evolvement of science and technology along side with the fast propagation of knowledge,the market competition becomes fiercer,and industries are exposed to a very competitive,demanding and global market.The Virtual Enterprise(VE) is a temporary network of independent companies linked by information technology to share skill,costs and access to one another markets.The key idea of the virtual enterprise is to implement future-oriented business strategies like "concentration on core competencies","distributed production" and "maximal customer orientation",and now virtual enterprise has drawn a lot of attention,more and more traditional enterprise will explode the idea of virtualization to keep their competitiveness.We can expect that virtual enterprise will be the main enterprise organization form in 21st century.Because of its non stable relationship between organizations and people,virtual enterprise brings more challenges to human resource management,and the human resource managers should have more time to make strategic thinking.But,the human resource managers are dismayed to find all their time is eaten by the daily routine.To solve the problem above mentioned,e-HR(electronic or efficient Human Resource) comes into being.With the help of e-HR,the HR managers are liberated,also, e-HR can stage a standardized formalized and network-linked platform on which all the human resource management activities are linked together to bring more outcome.In China,the adoption of virtual enterprise of such organizations form of enterprise is not a lot,which of them used e-HR and that the e-HR has played a truly effective and is one of the few.Despite the above situation,but we can foresee the future of corporate virtual enterprise is the organizational form of development trends,use of e-HR is also the trend of the times.Therefore,this paper is Chinese virtual enterprises,e-HR issues. Human resources management information from the relevant theoretical and content,as well as the characteristics of virtual enterprise,with China's virtual enterprise human resources management information in the course of the many problems,demonstrated in China's virtual enterprise in the implementation of e-HR necessity,Virtual enterprises and the realization of e-HR were discussed.In the era of knowledge economy,more and more virtual enterprises will appear.Just like walking liberate mankind's hands,I hope e-HR can liberate the HR managers' hands from the HR management routine,and they can concentrate on more important work to give the virtual enterprises a bright future.The main innovations are:(1) e-HR with the concept of virtual enterprise integration,virtual enterprises need to e-HR applications.(2) The e-HR applications in the course of the project life cycle have been studied,and the activities within the life cycle are given a number of strategies and principles of the proposal.(3) Virtual enterprises from China's e-HR external factors and internal factors,significance and role of point of view,a comprehensive demonstration of China's virtual enterprises,the need for e-HR.
