The Positive Research On The Economic Growth Qualities Of Liaoning Province Before And After The Opening-up And Reform

The economic growth of China is often attributed to the economic transition,and the socialist economy of China is actually undergoing the process from planned economy to market economy.Thus,the signs of transition can be perceived apparently in the economic systems,market mechanisms and insititutional changes.The key of the thesis lies in how to analyse the qualities of economic growth in specific regions during the transition period.Great progress in economic growth has been achieved in terms of scales in Liaoning province since the Opening-up and Reforms.The conclusions ,however,cannot be reached simply from the statistics released in the aspect of economic growth qualities.Researches on economic growth qualities by domestic and foreign scholars really abound.Simultaneously,the relevant theories were updated now and then with the development of economic growth theories.The domestic resarches focus on two main branches,one of which concentrates on the estimation and prediction over the technology progress rate developed in neo-classical growth theory ,the other of which ,however, concentrates on the changes of economic growth ways.The researches on the economic growth qualities by domestic scholars were conducted incompletely and unsystematically from the overall views.At the same time ,the analyses on the inductive mechanism of Chinese economic growth qualities were quite superficial to some extent.This thesis seriously categorize the total factor productivities(TFP),and not only expounds the inductive mechanism of the economic growth qualities but also make evaluations over it on the basis of the previous researches.The qualitative analyses on the economic growth qualities are mainly embarked on from the aspect of productivities and TFP especially.This thesis analyses the concrete contributions made by capitals and labors on the economic growth through establishing models with the various data and index about economic growth of Liaoning province from 1952 to 2005. Besides,it estimates and predicts the TFP to analyse the economic growth qualities .It will prove the actual changes of economic growth qualities from the aspect of TFP which is influenced by capital generation ,institution and structure coordination.
