Twenty years ago, China had its reform of the real estate. Nowadays , under the market economy police, residence is not only as important as the ties_of life ,but also as a commodity with market value . With the maturity and the furious competition of the market, and the change of the developers'thought , the developer start to use the power of mass media to integrate their resources to spread their brand and commodity as extensive as possible.Worthwhile, as Chinese real estate has become the stanchion of the national economy and has bring along the development to some other industries. For exzample ,the advertisement has got some benefit from it . according to the data from the huicong international consultation corporation: in 2004,the plane media has got 9.86bilion yuan from the real estate advertisements. And in pinnacle , the real estate advertisements has occupied 70% in the paper advertisements.Today, the mass media has take a important role in the Chinese economic life. Some said ,the mass media has controlled the right to say something to the mass .So, the the relationship between the real estate and the mass media is complicated. On the one hand , the real estate is the major profit source of the mass media,on the other hand, the mass media is the real estate's advertising flat roof .The aim of the research is to learn how to use the media method to solve the problem in the market, and how to use it to improve the company's competitive power. This paper trys to use the market theory and mass media theory to study and analyse the project of verakin new city.The paper according the needs of this project, as the base of the marketing theory ,has analysed the external entironment of the market ,and has use the swot to analysed the condition of the project. Aim at the characteristic of the project , combine the macketing media strategy to establish the frondose mode ,and give out the summarize and advice.
