At present, the competition of enterprise is talents, health, happiness, and efficient staff is their biggest fortune. Knowledge worker is the core of the staff, which is increasingly conspicuous in the development of the enterprise. So more people concerted on the problem of the stress of knowledge worker. But in China, we pay little attention to the stress of the knowledge worker .Especially in private enterprises; most of the management of private enterprises considers that the stress is a matter just by themselves, and neglect of staff stress management. Therefore, ascertaining the requirement of knowledge worker and lightening stress of knowledge worker,have become the first task for enterprises.Research on stress of knowledge worker of private enterprise, which help to lighten the stress on the issue of the physical and psychological burden, to strengthen enterprises loyalty of the stuff. Help to maintain the best Working conditions, and thereupon to enhance efficiency, and to improve effects and profit levels of overall business, and reflects the people-centered concept,which help to building good corporate culture.The paper firstly collected the theories related to the stress of knowledge worker, reviewed the references and relevant theories in detail. Secondly, selected some China's private enterprises to empirical investigated. Thirdly, the paper sorted out and analyzed the statistics, we understand the stress situation of knowledge worker of China's private enterprises,further analysis of the different stress source effect on the the knowledge worker base it on,the paper presented the following conclusions:1.The stress of knowledge worker of China's private enterprises mainly from the organizational level 2. Different individual characteristics of the stress source have different effect on the knowledge worker. 3, for the organizational level, the role of job control and vocational Private development is the most important factor for the knowledge worker of China's private enterprises.4.The paper presented stress management strategies .from the view of individual and organizational. 5. Presented a number of related strategies from the social support and public opinion.
