Enterprise culture and enterprise management are closely related, the research on enterprise culture has become the core issue of an enterprise remaining competitive. The research on enterprise culture compared to that of the foreign countries is still very weak; especially the values of human resources management and the enterprise culture are not so harmonious. Therefore the integration of the enterprises' value and the human resources management becomes a new trend. From the perspective of the enterprise culture, human resources has been studied in this paper. It has also been inquired how to materialize enterprise culture to human resources management and how to promote intangible enterprise culture by tangible human resources management, in this paper, Xiaojiaolou Distillery Group has been chosen because it is micro copied the problems of the small and medium enterprises' human resources management in China, through this research, I try to find out the harmony and integration path for human resources management and enterprise value in small and medium enterprises and provide valuable reference for the research of enterprise culture management in China.In this research, empirical research of Xiaojiaolou' enterprise management has been done, the enterprise culture and human resources management has also been studied. Based on these researches, the countermeasure of the integration of human resource management and enterprise culture has been put forward. This study has three main elements: First, a content analysis of the literature on enterprise culture and human resource management's basic theory; the second part of empirical research method used by Xiaojiaolou's studies, exploratory study current situation and problems of the small and medium-sized Company culture and human resources management in China. Third, based on the conclusion of the study, corresponding countermeasures has been brought forward. According to the advices of Xiaojiaolou's human resources, consult advices are supposed to be providing for the small and medium-sized Company.Based on the theory of existing enterprise culture and human resource management, the thesis explored the relation between the origin of human resources and enterprise culture in Xiaojiaolou, from the perspective of enterprise culture to explore human resources management, put forward human resources management model, as well as the corresponding strategy of construction. The views and methods in this thesis have significance for corporate harmonious development and constructing human resources management model which enterprise culture match with human resources management.
