Construction project benefit evaluation is the important content of the feasibility research of project, it is the important basis of the project decision. The aim of our research is to discuss and then design approaches and methods for postal construction project benefit evaluation.The method used in this paper is the combination of researching theoretically, investigation and researching in cases. Firstly, the research situations of project evaluation in our country and abroad have been researched. And according the characteristics of postal project that whole network and general service, the new contents and framework of postal construction project benefit evaluation is proposed. Then the benefit evaluation indicator system of the project is constructed. Thirdly, a model of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is designed. Then detailed description for steps of using the method of analytic hierarchy process to confirm indicator weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make a comprehensive evaluation is provided.
