The Logistics Design In Manufacturing System Of Stamping Shop

At present, in logistics area, not only in academic circle but also in enterprise area, the attention is almost concentrated on the area of circulation, including the planning of purchase logistics, distribution logistics, logistics garden and distribution center, but just few pay attention to the logistics in production area. In fact, modern manufacturing industry are more complicated than that in early industry time, lots of wastes are made for unreasonable logistics system require our concern. Thus, this paper discuss the optimization in production logistics of enterprise.This paper includes five parts. Firstly, research topic is proposed, the signigicance and current situation of the research was summarized. Then, the current status and questions in stamping shop of F Co. is discussed, and the paper analyze the question's rootcause and countermeasure's indispensability and feasibility. Thirdly,the paper described the process of rebuilding the production logistics establishment layout in stamping shop and the application of SLP(system layout plan). Then, the result shows that the production establishment's layout is optimized and the production logistics is improved by using IE technology. The paper is finalized by a conclusion.
