In thecase of less investment, we proposed optimization scheme about organizational structure,layout and production information system of the company about using some knowledge ofindustrial engineering, lean manufacturing and logistics management,through just-in-timekanban management, better understand the process up and production status, better reducethe wip inventory, indirectly reduce the products occupy area; the organization structure,process optimization, make the director, plant division, combined with an efficientproduction and warehouse to establish efficient logistics system, satisfy the customerdelivery time now; Production line between the adjustment of the production equipment,reducing the number of handling, shortens the distance production, reduce the wipinventory, improve the efficiency of production and processing; establish an effectiveinformation management system, make the scene material and warehouse material forbetter control. and simulation software flexsim simulation verification, minimizing on-sitehandling, temporary and waiting time is to solve some practical problems in the company,they will provide some support and help to the company’s development in the future.Improve the enterprise’s production capacity and in the elevator industry’s competitiveness.
