| With the rapid development of China's Economics, the Real Estate (RE) market is expanding and becoming one of the polar industries in China. It is necessary to build an independent, systematic, transparent RE market statistics and statistical investigation systems suitable for the market economy to provide timely, authentic and accurate RE market information to the investors, construction companies, consumers, intermediary agents to well understand the present RE market situation, predict its developing tendency and make correct decisions. Thus can assure the healthy development of the RE industry. In this dissertation, the present report tables, literatures, documents and other data were collected to understand the present development situation of the RE market information release. Through interviews and questionnaires to the experts, RE developers, intermediary agents, the consumers'demands for the RE market information were found out. Based on comparison and analysis of these data, several problems were found out lying in the RE market information release system. There are five main problems: over-planed and over- macroscopical factors in the information release work; the investment attribute is over emphasized while consuming attribute is neglected; the release work is served mainly for the governments while seldom considered the demands of consumers and investors; methods and main parts of statistic work are monadic; co-existence of information absence and overflow. Also in this dissertation, seven countermeasures were pointed out: strengthen management of statistics work; build harmonious relations between all statistic departments; reinforce ground work of statistic; re-build RE market statistic system; build data balance and accounting mechanism; establish uniform information release system; enhance the soft and hard conditions constructions to build new RE market information system and release system for improving the service functions of the governments... |
