Study On Application Of BPR In Management Of Financial Direct Subsidies In Chongqing City

According to the demand of building public finance, the government of Chongqing is paying more and more attention and money to financial subsidies, especially in the side of financial subsidies to individual and family. But, there are so many problem of organize structure and trouble of business processing in the managing of finical subsidies in Chongqing, etc, that the financial subsidies money can not work well. This paper study on application of BPR in management financial direct subsidies in chongqing city, which have important real meaning and some theory value.First, this paper introduces the background and meaning of studying, expounds the present situation of studying on BPR at internal and aboard,and summarize the main content of studying.Secondly, this paper interprets and expounds the fundamental theory, category, principles, analyzing model, steps and core method of BPR.Thirdly, this paper interduces the oraganize structure of financial direct subsidies in Chongqing city, describes the present situation and finds the problem in it.Finally, according to the theory of BPR and the real condition of the management of financial direct subsidies in Chongqing, this paper brings up the guide idea, aim and frame of BPR of the management of finanical direct subsidies in Chongqing city. From four sides, such as idea reengneering, oraganize structure reengneering, busyness process reengneering, culture reengneering, etc, this paper designs the plan for the BPR of the management of financial direct subsidies in Chongqing city.
