Performance is a certain quality of the staff positions on the responsibility to meet the short-term results and reached in the course of conduct. Performance management refers to the management process that managers and employees how to achieve the goals and objectives to reach a consensus and enhance staff to achieve the target of the management successfully and promote staff to get the excellent performance. Performance management's objective is to enhance the ability and quality of the staff, improve and enhance corporate performance levels.THINKER's performance management improvement proposal is based on the current resources of enterprises and the existing problems on the premise of fully considering its own characteristics of cement enterprises performance management having an impact on the various factors of implementation. The writer designs a proper proposal towards THINKER Company's characteristics to improve the performance management proposal. Specific process can be described as follows:The foreword described that this paper's theme and the important meaning of studying the theme and make a brief introduction of the research method and the paper's framework. With the development of eight years, THINKER Company has gotten word of mouth successfully and trained a large number of outstanding staff. However, the level of established management system didn't follow the steps of modern enterprise, especially the management level of human resources. Therefore, THINKER has to enhance the level of performance management in order to promote the rapid development of enterprises. There are no big differences among the new dry cement enterprises in Jilin Province, so the level of management may have a direct influence on the company's fate. Under the urgent situation, the company must carry out all kinds of management work by perfecting the performance management system to win a comparative advantage in the competitive environment. From this point of view, perfecting the performance management system plays an important role in THINKER Company. The first chapter mainly focuses on analyzing the mainly current problems of performance in THINKER Company, in addition to the introduction of the company background and human resources. There are several key problems: performance management lack of a unified comprehensive plan; Performance management section lack of the leaders'participation and support; Idividual and team performance incentives are relevant in a low level; More punitive, lack of incentive and improvement; bubble come along in performance appraisal; Some performance indicators is not practical at times; Application with the results of performance evaluation lack of human resources management system's support.The second chapter focuses on the whole design ideas of improving the performance management. Firstly, make sure that the improved performance management system's purpose and principles, and then focusing on overall improved framework of performance management system. The overall framework of improved performance management system includes two aspects: One is the evaluation system of indicators; the other is the evaluation system. At present period, the performance management's various theories have been more mature. The paper starts from the performance management theory and THINKER Company's specific situation and problems, makes a deep analysis, and combine the knowledge of human resource management with other relevant theoretical knowledge. Finally, put forward a complete and proper proposal for the improvement of the current situation. To a certain extent, these practices play an important role in managing the performance, which possess a reference meaning.In all, THINKER company dedicate to innovation, scientific management since it has founded so far, which overcome difficulties one by one and create a series of achievement. The company has experienced great development. However, all leaders should keep mind clear to sustain the growth by finding the shortcut in their own development and the existing problems in the process of management, and then take the initiative to find a solution. This time, the improvement of performance management will become a milestone for THINKER Company, providing a new foundation for enhancing their ability of management to face the future.
