Along with the collaboration extending to the more comprehensive margin, personality trust belonged to acquaintance society has gradually replaced the inherent consanguinity relationship, becoming the important guarantee for cooperation. In the end, with the support of the local government, Farmer Specialized Cooperatives has formed the formal system- "constitution" suitable for their own development, finally achieving the transcendence from cooperation networks to the trade.The converting process from"Strong Ties"to"Weak Ties"reveals that in the transition period the motivation of Chinese farmers'actions have been experiencing the change from emotional activity to instrumental ration, which has not only been the use of social capital, but also the process of reproducing social capital, even more the process of forwardly adapting the market economy's structure by Chinese farmers.
