Currently, with stricter environmental regulation and under dual pressure of increasing energy demand and environmental protection, it has become people'concern how to turn coal into a ecological environment and society acceptable and affordable energy. study of the circular economy based non-coal industries development strategy of coal enterprises will be of important realistic and reference meanings.Based on the principles of circular economy, this paper proposes the strategic option for circular economy based non-coal business of coal enterprises, describes the basic principles, patterns, ways and relevant supporting conditions for coal enterprises to develop circular economy based non-coal industries; from the angle of circular economy, this paper analyzes the status of non-coal industries of Tiefa Coal Group, points out t he advantages and disadvantages of Tiefa Coal Group in developing non-coal industries; proposes the circular economy based non-coal industries development strategic plan of Tiefa Coal Group, specially plans the development of power industry, coal chemical industry, coalbed methane development and building material etc., and suggests the supporting measures and proposes policy recommendations for the implementation of the plan.
