Research On The Economic Benefits Of Circular Economy In Coal Enterprise

Coal gangues are one of the greatest solid wastes in amount in China. Therefore, carrying out a comprehensive study of coal gangues and improving its utilization efficiency can turn the wastes into valuable resources, improve people's living environment and reduce the occurrence of natural disasters, thus mitigating the pressure of waste on the environment and easing the shortage of arable land in China. In the meanwhile it can extend the life of mines and solve the current problems of resource shortage, combining environmental, social benefits with economic benefits. As a result, we should solve the problem of handling and using of coal gangues, which is an important issue for coal mines to develop circular economy and achieve sustainable development.In accordance with the research principles of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and criterion analysis with demonstration analysis, by means of studying coal circular economy, and according to the actual situation in China, the paper attaches importance to the comprehensive utilization of coal gangues, further analyzes the present situation of great piles of coal gangues and its damage, and points out the problems existing in comprehensive utilization of coal gangues. By analyzing Xinwen Mining Group, the first experimental unit of circular economy, the paper makes economic analysis on cost-benefits of comprehensive utilization of coal gangues in Xinwen.The dosage of gangues is 2,920,000 ton in 2004 in Xinwen Mining Group with the production value of 624,585,100 RMB yuan. It is estimated that recovered subsidence land, gangue pile occupied land and discarded land will come to 4678.66 mu by 2010.The environment of the diggings will be recovered and improved. The living and working environment of the residents in diggings will also be improved. Through the statistical and cost-benefit analysis of the relevant data about the comprehensive of coal gangues in Xinwen Mining Group, the results gained by the final theoretical research and demonstration analysis show that the comprehensive utilization of coal gangues is practicable, which can bring preferable economic profits to the enterprises and achieve a good combination of economic, social and ecological benefits.
