Research On Development Methods Of Countryside Tourism In Wenzhou

With the change of tourist consumption concept, the traditional sightseeing can not meet the requirements of quality for tourists. People are longing for returning to nature, enjoying the original rural scenery and the folk customs, and looking for a peace of mind outside the urban. Under such a condition the rural tourism began to emerge. In order to promote a rapid rural economic and social development, the Party Central Committee (PCC) and the State Council (SC) have proposed to build a new socialist countryside. The tourism based on resources in rural areas is developing rapidly to merge tourist and agriculture into each other, to stimulate the restructuring of agriculture and to add a new growth point to the rural economy.Wenzhou is a place where economy is booming, private economic is brisk, the standard of living is higher, and its tourism has grown rapidly in recent years, especially the rural tourism. Wenzhou owns specialized rural tourism resources, for example, the ancient villages in Nanxi River, the Corridor Bridge in Tai-shun and beautiful environment, abundant products and colorful folklores. People in Wenzhou have richer economic base, and brisk demand for the leisure and entertainment, etc. In order to learn strong points from each other, develop rural tourism, this article carries out a study for the development of rural tourism at home and abroad. It assimilates the achievements of other scholars, combines with the local characteristics, analyzes rural tourism market in Wenzhou in terms of resource supply and demand for tourist source. It puts forward 6 problems that need urgent solution in the development of rural tourism process. They are inadequate planning, smaller scale, short of features, inefficient marketing, undeveloped infrastructures and damaged ecological environment. This article further integrates the experiencing economic theory, outlines the existing rural tourism products, then points out that tourism in Wenzhou has been badly short of experiencing; it can't closely be combined with the local specialized folklores and cultures; it has too many similar products. It makes an intensive study of problems and contradictions in supply and demand of rural tourism, it takes the Luo Chuang Lingshang natural village as example to analyze the change and reference of rural tourism development in Wenzhou. Lastly, puts forward the strategies of rural tourism development in Wenzhou. Firstly, it is necessary to give great importance to the role of government in leading, guiding and instructing in the development of rural tourism: the government should do something like unified planning, strengthening basic facilities, training excellent tourism talents and supporting the developing of tourism products and so on. Secondly, it should perfect the structure of rural tourism product, vary tourism products and develop the characteristics of rural tourism products in Wenzhou. Thirdly, it should combine exploration with protection in order to promote the rural tourism sustainable development. Fourthly, it should enhance propaganda and propose to take experiencing marketing styles to publicize rural tourism products in Wenzhou.
