Sustainable Clean Production In Paper Making Industry Of Zhejiang Province

The waste water discharged by paper-making industry is so much that it leads to the serious water pollution and the destruction of the ecosystem. The pollution of the paper-making industry was a headache problem all over the world and it is a key topic of the environment protection. The clean production is the only way to control the pollution in paper-making industry. The paper presents the basic statement of clean production all over the world, especially the clean production development of paper-making industry and the present situation of paper making in Zhejiang Province. Analysis was put on the necessity and feasibility of the paper-making industry for implementation of clean production in Zhejiang Province. And taking the paper making enterprises in Fuyang City Zhejiang Province as case study, background, successful experiences and major issues of clean production undertook by paper making enterprises in Fuyang City were analysed. Based on the implementation of pilot projects undertook by Cleaner Production Center of Zhejiang Province in eight paper-making corporations of Fuyang City: Dadi paper-making limited corporation, Liangfu paper-making limited corporation, Tangren paper-making limited corporation, Qianshi paper-making limited corporation, Gaofeng paper-making limited corporation, Shousheng paper-making limited corporation, Jinfeng paper-making limited corporation, Tongda paper-making limited corporation, the experiences and lessons learnt have been summarised, as training of clean production, improving the organization of clean production, exchanging the technology of clean production, promoting the new energy efficient equipment by reviewing evaluation and tracing evaluation. The paper ends with the relevant suggestions.
