The Research On The Technological Innovation Path Of Small & Medium Enterprise In Zhejiang Province

With the rapid development of Chinese market economy, the position of small and medium size enterprise has become more important in the development of Chinese economic society than ever before. It will be key important for advancing Zhejiang Small & Middle Enterprise's competition to select the appropriate technological innovation path. There are many researches for the technological innovation in the overseas and in the domestic, but study the path of the Small & Medium Enterprise technological innovation, it is still not too much literatures. Using the research from the oversea and domestic's writer as reference, this article introduces the research for the path evolution and path choice for Zhejiang Province Small & Middle Enterprise technological innovation.This Dissertation firstly introduces the basic theory for the technological innovation, its path and the factors that have effect on Technological Innovation; Secondly, by studying "China Almanac for the Statistic of Science and Technology", "Zhejiang Almanac for The Statistic "and by Analyzing, Statistic, and Concluding the data for the first Zhejiang Economy General Investigation for all the country, this article gives the analysis, the localization for the actuality and innovation actually of Zhejiang Small & Middle Enterprise, and make a right judgment for the development of Zhejiang SME. Meanwhile, by setting pseudo-variable and using the analysis of Eviews, the article helps to find out the evolvement process of Zhejiang SME technological innovation and the process of Zhejiang SME technological innovation. Thirdly, referring to the factors which influence technological innovation, by combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and by analyzing the demonstration, this article has pertinence to present the strategic choice for the path of Zhejiang SME technological innovation, and gives the suggestion and countermeasure of promoting the technological innovation for Zhejiang Small & Middle Enterprise.The main features of the article are as follows:1) Studying systematically and comprehensively the technological innovation path of the small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang province. Taking the special nature of Zhejiang Small and Medium Enterprises, the author puts forward bravely the suitable technological innovation path for Zhejiang Small and Medium Enterprises.2) Through using the factors which take influence in and out enterprise with methods based on Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis(FAHP), this article evaluates the thchnological innovation path choice model for Small and Medium Enterprises in Zhejiang province.3) Adopting the method of integrating the theory and the practice through the whole article.
